Homerton Changemakers A programme developing leadership and skills for creating positive social impact.
Homerton Changemakers is a co‑curricular programme designed to help students develop the skills, mindset, and self-awareness needed to create positive change.
Delivered alongside students’ degrees, the programme focuses on personal development and applied leadership rather than venture creation. It is structured around three domains — Self, Society, and World — helping participants build understanding of themselves, navigate complex systems, and develop the ability to take meaningful action.
The core programme includes residentials and workshops, supported by ongoing activities such as discussions, mentoring, roundtables, and community events. Participants can engage flexibly, choosing individual sessions or the full experience.
By combining reflection, practical skills, and community engagement, Changemakers equips students with the tools to approach social and environmental challenges and contribute to broader systems change.
